Dango is a MemeCoin experiment. A number always go up game theory implementation called Dangonomics.
Dango is a super memeable token available as a Layer 2 ERC20 Standard Token on the Base Network. Soon it will be bridged to Arbitrum, Optimism, Polygon, and BSC as well. It represents the monetary unity and opportunity our community is capable of!
Download Metamask or your wallet of choice from the app store (iOS or Android). Desktop users, download the Chrome extension by going to metamask.io
You need ETH on Base to buy Dango. If you don’t have ETH, you can buy directly on Metamask, transfer from another wallet, or buy on an exchange and send it to your wallet!
Go to SushiSwap then connect your wallet. Paste the Dango token address, select Dango, and confirm. When Metamask prompts you for a wallet signature, sign!
Dango (団子) is a Japanese dumpling made from rice flour mixed with uruchi rice flour and glutinous rice flour.
Defining Dango is not easy. Dango is a monetary social experience. Dango is a passionate developer community. Dango is you and me. We are all Dango!
Dango has no worldly intrinsic value or expectation of financial return. There is no formal team and the roadmap is based solely on the passion of the community. The token is for the community to enjoy and build upon!

Dango Tokens will be distributed through a fair and transparent process. A maximum supply of 20 billion tokens will be created. 18 Billion of the tokens will be locked for development, community incentives, and partnerships disbursed solely through the Governance System.
The total maximum supply of Dango Tokens is set at 20 billion tokens. This capped supply is intended to prevent inflation and ensure the scarcity and value of the token.

In Phase One 10 Million DANGO can be claimed. After this, the Council of Dangos can elect to create new phases.
To avoid spamming the Base Blockchain, it was decided to only allow to claim 1000 DANGO at a time. Once you use the Faucet, you will automatically receive 1000 DANGO.
An organic use-case is to claim to your own wallet. This measure allows us to make it harder for bots to drain the faucet address and to avoid Sybil Attacks.
What should I do with your newly received DANGO? They are yours now! You can transfer them, stake them, sell them, or do anything else. But we highly encourage you to use them to participate in the community!
